How to Install VirtualBox 4.3 on ubuntu 14.10 Utopic Unicorn via PPA

To Install VirtualBox 4.3 on ubuntu 14.10 Utopic Unicorn via PPA :

Install the repository GPG key:  
# wget -q -O - http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian/oracle_vbox.asc | sudo apt-key add - 
Add the following line to /etc/apt/sources.list: 
deb http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian/ utopic contrib
Update the package index:
# sudo apt-get update
Install virtualbox-4.3 deb package:
# sudo apt-get install virtualbox-4.3
The source is available now. Binary packages are in the process of being built, and will appear soon at their respective download locations.
